Naido's own guidance is 9 to 12 months ahead, to allow time for planning and travel arrangements and to secure availability at the preferred location and venue.
No fixed limit. Larger guest counts simply need more lead time, particularly in peak season, since accommodation for everyone has to be secured alongside the venue itself.
At least a week, to allow time to settle in and, for some nationalities, to complete legal paperwork for marrying abroad.
