From the Hortuli Benedetti Kitchen.

The Hortuli Benedetti gardens supply the Re Tartù restaurant and the wedding kitchen with herbs, vegetables and edible flowers grown in the estate's ancient Benedictine quadrants. Wedding menus are seasonal and Umbrian in character, with truffle as a thread, and the Botanical Lab serves botanical cocktails and herb infusions for aperitivo.
