The Dolceria del Corso catering team has been crafting Tuscan celebrations since 1987. Three generations of family recipes, organic locally-sourced ingredients, and a farm-to-table approach rooted in the estate own cultivated fields. The estate produces its own extra virgin olive oil from over 400 olive trees. Seasonal gardens provide figs, berries, asparagus, lemons, and herbs.
