Dining is by the castle's own kitchens, the 1851 Restaurant for contemporary fine dining and the 2010 Brasserie for something more relaxed, with wedding breakfasts laid in the tapestried reception rooms under chandeliers and candlelight, and afternoon tea, canapes and Champagne to set the tone.
