Dining at Podere Castellare comes from the estate's own restaurant, cooking Tuscan, farm-to-table cuisine, fresh pasta and seasonal produce, served in the garden, the grove or on the terrace. The Peter in Florence distillery, on the estate, makes a handcrafted London Dry Gin from botanicals grown on site, for tastings and signature wedding cocktails, alongside the wines of Tuscany.
