Dining is by the estate's own kitchens, modern British and Yorkshire cooking built on the estate's game, garden produce and local suppliers, served in the castle and on the terrace. The estate's Georgian cookery school is among the best known in the country, and the Terrace restaurant and bar looks out over the parkland for relaxed lunches and drinks.
