The kitchen at Torre del Parco works entirely with locally sourced ingredients from the Salento region. Menus are composed in consultation with each couple — from traditional Puglian dishes to more contemporary interpretations — and tailored completely to taste. The garden becomes a live kitchen during the buffet hour, with cooking stations bringing preparation and service into the celebration itself. Kosher catering is available. Corkage is permitted. The culinary journey moves from aperitivo on the terrace, through the garden, and into the final sit-down dinner in the Great Hall.

The Moat and the Tower

The Candlelit Terrace
