Every Celebration, Catered to Order.

The Vanderbilt Estate does not operate an in-house kitchen — and that is intentional. Each celebration is catered by a preferred culinary partner or an external caterer of the couple's own choosing, which means the food is never generic. Thai banquets on the Main Lawn. European fine-dining menus in the indoor salons. Grazing tables in the Formal Garden. The catering programme is built entirely around the couple's vision, with no fixed menu and no compromise.

The Main Lawn

2,500 square metres of manicured lawn at the heart of the estate. The primary setting for ceremonies and receptions, with capacity for 300 at ceremony, 250 at seated dinner, and 350 for dancing. Surrounded by tropical gardens with views across Phuket.

Formal Garden and Amphitheatre

The Formal Garden centres on a landmark pavilion and flows into a natural amphitheatre, used for weddings and, on occasion, opera performances. Seats up to 120 at dinner. The Amphitheatre accommodates up to 100 guests.

Park and Lake

A private lake with resident swans and a rowing boat. The Park and Lake setting holds up to 80 guests for intimate ceremonies or celebration dinners beside the water. One of the most quietly extraordinary spaces on the estate.

Japanese Garden

A secret garden with a koi pond, a wooden bridge, waterfalls, and a spiritual tree. An intimate setting for small ceremonies or quiet moments during the celebration. The contrast with the formal grounds of the mansion is deliberate and remarkable.

The Vanderbilt Estate was designed by a renowned English architect who brought Georgian craftsmanship to the hills of Phuket — symmetrical facades, formal proportions, and the kind of detail that the English country house tradition demands. The interiors are filled with rare antiques sourced from different parts of the world. The gardens were designed over decades, testing tropical plants to create something that reads as genuinely English while being entirely at home in Thailand's climate.
