Dining at Villa la Tosca is by the villa kitchen, working with Michelin-level chefs and the produce of the region. Menus are built with each couple, from the oysters and seafood of the Bassin d Arcachon to the wines of nearby Bordeaux, served in the grand salon, on the terrace, or out on the beachfront lawn. Vegetarian, vegan, and allergen-aware menus are accommodated, and guests are welcomed with local cheese and specialties on arrival.

Villa la Tosca was raised in the early twentieth century for Germain Cumenge, a prosecutor of the Republic in Bordeaux, an Italianate villa of stone and terracotta set directly on the sand of Arcachon Bay. For more than twenty years it has been a family home, and that is how it still feels: lived-in, personal, and warm, with its own natural spring feeding the eco-pool from a well eighty metres deep.
