The work begins long before the day. Eventilab scouts and secures the venue, from Rome's villas and palazzi to the castles of Lazio and the abbeys and borghi of the countryside; designs the wedding, with mood boards, colour, lighting and flowers; and selects and manages every vendor. Couples planning from abroad are guided through all of it, with site inspections arranged around their visits, so the wedding is built and understood long before they arrive.

Chiara and Marco, one bride wrote, became like family; another chose Chiara because she put them at ease from the first meeting and captured exactly what they wanted.
